Well it was hard to say goodbye to Samara and we were thinking… What would be the best way to represent Samara’s finest??? A TOP TEN LIST of course! So here is our list of best picks, we had to start with the number one because we just could wait to show off our GREAT FRIENDS!

These were some of the AMAZING people (plus many more who we do not have pictures of) who made our stay in Samara the BEST! We will miss them greatly and can’t wait to see each and everyone of them again.

C&C Surf School was the place where the addiction all started. We both took our lessons here with Didiero and if you couldn’t find us at our house we were more than likely sitting in front of this place.

Where 1000 colones gets you a beer and a boca (a bowl of stew)

Need ANYTHING talk to Brenda or Christopher they’ll make sure you are taken care of.

Need to learn some Spanish basics or push your Spanish speaking skills to the next level.. Intercultural is your place located just steps from the beach with classes planned around the tide for those of you who surf.
# 7 Kai Bella’s Restaurant
Awesome Thai food with weekly specials.

Supplying Samara and it’s guests with the sweetest happy hour, coldest drinks and the best staff in town.

One of the few places in Costa Rica with Guinness and Fish Tacos.
